Acriflex is a cream which contains chlorhexidine gluconate, an antibacterial agent.
It can be used to treat minor burns and scalds, abrasions, scratches, sunburn blisters or infected cracked skin.
It has been clinically demonstrated that Acriflex cooling burns gel can: Soothe by quickly cooling the skin tissues to relieve discomfort; lessen the redness of inflamed skin; hydrate the skin’s surface layers to support the skin’s natural repair system; and physically kill bacteria without drying the skin.
Acriflex Cooling Burns Gel contains:
Glycerin, PEG-8, caprylyl glycol, sodium polyacrylate, carbomer, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
Warnings and precautions
On application, some users can feel a tingling feeling. Avoid making eye contact. If you have an ingredient hypersensitivity, wash the affected area with soap and water and consult a doctor. Consult a doctor if your symptoms don’t go away or get worse.

Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
