Corsodyl Daily Expanding Floss – 30m

Directions for use

1. Begin by breaking off a piece of floss that is roughly 45 cm in length.
2. Wrap one end of the floss around your middle finger, and the other end around your other middle finger, leaving about 10 cm of floss in between.
3. Use your thumbs and index fingers to guide the floss between your teeth, gently moving it back and forth to remove any plaque or debris.
4. When you reach your gum line, curve the floss into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between your tooth and gum.
5. Once the floss is beneath your gum line, gently move it up and down to remove any plaque or debris that may have accumulated there.
6. Use a fresh section of floss as you move from tooth to tooth, and be sure to use a clean section of floss for each tooth to avoid spreading bacteria.
7. As you move along your teeth, be sure to also floss the backs of your last molars, as these are often neglected and can harbor a lot of bacteria.
8. Once you have finished flossing, rinse your mouth out with water or mouthwash to help remove any remaining debris.
