Effective Relief
When to use
Recommended for the relief of muscular pains and stiffness including back and rheumatic pain, sciatica, fibrositis, sprains and chilblains. Can be used before or after exercise.
How it works
Deep Heat generates penetrating warmth in aching, injured and sore muscles. Deep Heat Heat Rub can be used before or after exercise and contains ingredients that provide pain-relief plus heat. Heat therapy helps to increase blood supply to relax and soothe.
Active Ingredients: Menthol 5.91% w/w, Eucalyptus oil 1.97% w/w, Methyl salicylate 12.80% w/w, Turpentine oil 1.47% w/w
Other ingredients: Sodium cetostearyl sulphate, Cetostearyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Wool fat (lanolin), Liquid paraffin, Dowicil 200 and Water.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Deep Heat rub can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
The following effects may occur, particularly if you have sensitive skin or if you use Deep Heat rub in hot weather or after a hot bath:
Stop using Deep Heat rub and tell your doctor if you experience excessive skin irritation or other unwanted effects.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs.
Not to be used in children under 5 years.
Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breast feeding, asthmatic or on any prescribed medicines.
Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Next Day Delivery
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as our couriers are not always adhering to the delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.
Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
