SEQ Tech inside FlexiSEQ Max Strength (for Osteoarthritis) delivers lubricating ingredients into joints to help reduce pain and improve mobility.

Unlike traditional pain killers that temporarily relieve inflammation to mask pain, FlexiSEQ Max Strength’s drug-free treatment lubricates the cartilage in joints to help you regain pain-free mobility.

It can also be used alongside traditional pain medication with no drug-to-drug interactions. This is particularly beneficial to the following osteoarthritis patients:

  • Patients looking for a drug-free formula with reduced systematic side effects.
  • Patients who need treatment that can be used longer than 14 days.
  • Patients for whom NSAIDs are not suitable.
  • Patients taking medications that may interact with traditional painkillers.

FlexiSEQ Max Strength is a topically applied gel specially formulated to help fight against the pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis.

Clinically proven to relieve joint pain and improve mobility, FlexiSEQ Max Strength uses unique SEQ Tech™ to help lubricate and protect your joints.

It is also drug free and can be used long-term and alongside medications without drug interactions or exacerbating pre-existing conditions.

Directions for use

  1. Flexiseq is for external use only, avoid contact with the eyes. If product gets in eyes, rinse well with clean water immediately.
  2. Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, apply twice daily, in the morning and the evening, to the soft tissues around the affected joint. Apply a quantity appropriate to the size of the joint being treated:
    – For a knee, shoulder or hip, a line as long as your index finger.
    – For an ankle, wrist or the fingers on one hand, a line as long as half of your index finger.
  3. It is important that you personalise the dose for the particular joint you are treating.
  4. Wash hands after application.
  5. It is important to allow the treated area to dry out before covering. Failure to do so will reduce the functionality of the product.
  6. You must allow the Flexiseq gel to dry for at least 10 minutes, or until the skin is touch dry before covering the area.
  7. If the gel is taking longer than 10 minutes to dry, you have probably applied too much and you should try using a little less next time.
  8. If the gel is taking less than 10 minutes, you should apply a little more next time.
  9. You can reduce the time it takes for Flexiseq to dry by warming the skin before applying the gel.
  10. Twice-daily treatment with Flexiseq can provide pain relief after as little as 2 days. However, it may take up to several days of continuous use for the full effect to be seen.
  11. Once opened, continue to store between 8°C and 25°C and use the product within three months.

Ingredients  

Aqua, Phosphatidylcholine, Alcohol, Glycerin, Carbomer, Polysorbate 80, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Linalool, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Metabisulfite, BHT.

Warnings and precautions 

  • Do not use FlexiSEQ Max Strength if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients.
  • Do not use FlexiSEQ Max Strength on open wounds, broken or infected skin or mucous membranes (the lining of the openings of the body, such as the mouth, nose or eyes).
  • In case of minor skin irritations such as dryness and redness at the site of application, reduce the frequency of application to once daily. If this does not improve the condition, you may discontinue application until the problem resolves, usually within a few days. You may then restart the application. If the problem persists then discontinue use.
  • There are no known interactions with medicines.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • FlexiSEQ Max Strength has not been tested on pregnant women or children.
  • In the event of serious side effects, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
