Directions for use
To use the Healthpoint Heat Aid Pads Pack, please follow these instructions:
- Open the packaging and remove the heat aid pad.
- Shake the heat aid pad gently to activate it.
- Peel off the backing paper from the adhesive side of the heat aid pad.
- Apply the adhesive side of the heat aid pad to the affected area.
- The heat aid pad will gradually warm up and reach its maximum temperature in approximately 30 minutes.
- Use the heat aid pad for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period.
- To remove the heat aid pad, slowly peel it off from the skin.
- Dispose of the used heat aid pad in the general waste.
Ingredients: Iron powder, water, activated carbon, wood powder, salt.
Warning:
- If not used correctly heat pads can cause burns even at low temperatures. Allow air to circulate over the heat pad and do not apply pressure by lying or sitting on the pad.
- If the heat pad becomes uncomfortably hot, remove immediately. Do not use at the same time as painkillers as you will not be able to feel if the heat pad is becoming uncomfortably hot.
- To prevent the risk of burns, never apply the heat pads directly to the skin. Always ensure that there is a layer of clothing between the pad and the skin.
- If rash develops discontinue use immediately.
- Use with careful supervision on those who are unable to remove the product by themselves suck as elderly or physically disabled. Check the pad is not uncomfortably hot at least every 2 hours.
- Do not apply heat pad on very thin clothing such as tights or netted underwear where the skin could be exposed directly to the heat pad.
- For external use only.

- If you are pregnant or diabetic please consult your doctor before use.
Do not use over an area of skin with redness or inflammation. Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period. Do not use while sleeping, or on bruised broken or irritated skin. Do not use in conjunction with other creams or lotions. Do not microwave the pads, they are single use only and heat up on exposure to air. Do not use in conjunction with other heat sources. Do not bring the heat pack in contact with water or other liquids. Do not incinerate. Do not cut or tear the heat pad.Not suitable for sensitive skin.
Not suitable for infants and children.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
If ingredients come into contact with eyes or skin rinse immediately with water.
The ingredients can be harmful if ingested.If swallowed rinse mouth and seek medical advice immediately.
