Ingredients: Irradiated ispaghula husk (Plantago avata) (84%), pregelatinised starch, citric acid monohydrate, natural flavouring, sweetener (aspartame), colour (beta-carotene). 2.g of fibre per sachet.
When using these sachets, there is a potential of experiencing side effects. Due to the increase in fibre, there may be some side effects including gas and bloating; however, these should go away as usage grows. Additionally, an allergic reaction may have unfavourable effects. Stop using immediately and consult a doctor or a pharmacist as soon as possible if you experience any side effects.
