Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinusitis Spray is for application in the nose to give relief from:
• nasal congestion (blocked nose, including colds)
• perennial and allergic rhinitis (recurring inflammation of the nasal mucous membranes, including hay fever)
• sinusitis.
Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinusitis Spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride which helps to open up and clear the nasal passages by reducing the excessive nasal secretions and returning the swollen blood vessels to their normal size.
Directions for using Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinusitis Spray:
For adults and children over 12 years of age, spray once in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily.
Steps for using the spray:
Clear your nose.
Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
Depress the pump once and sniff at the same time
Repeat for the other nostril.
0.1% w/v Xylometazoline Hydrochloride BP
Each application contains :
140 micrograms of Xylometazoline Hydrochloride
Also contains
Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Phosphate, Disodium Edetate, Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, Purified Water.

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £3.90. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to the shipping address provided by you in your order if the shipping address is in the UK. For orders being delivered outside mainland UK, this will be longer and we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time due to the differences between carriers. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order has been sent you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided.
Next Day Delivery
£5.99 – Next working day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) on orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the 2nd working day after the order is placed. Please note:Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.
Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00).
NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Signed
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days. We cannot accept the return of prescription medicines.
