Tavegil Tablets contain clemastine 1 mg as the active ingredient, which belongs to a group of antihistamines. Tavegil Tablets are used to treat:
• allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal mucous membranes) including hay fever, perennial rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis.
• allergic skin disease (dermatoses), including pruritus (intense itching), atopic eczema and contact dermatitis.
• angioneurotic oedema (rapid swelling of the skin, mucosal tissues, internal organs or brain) and drug allergy.

Tavegil Contains: Clemastine hydrogen fumarate 1.34mg (equivalent to clemastine base 1mg)

This medicine may cause drowsiness, blurred vision or dizziness.

Patients should be warned not to take charge of vehicles or machinery until the effect of TAVEGIIL treatment on the individual is known.

TAVEGIL should not be given during pregnancy and breast-feeding unless it is strictly indicated.

Antihistamines should be used with caution in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction, prostatic hypertrophy with urinary retention and bladder neck obstruction.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £3.90. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to the shipping address provided by you in your order if the shipping address is in the UK.  For orders being delivered outside mainland UK, this will be longer and we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time due to the differences between carriers. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order has been sent you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided.

Next Day Delivery

£5.99 – Next working day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) on orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the 2nd working day after the order is placed. Please note:Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.

Prescriptions

Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00).
NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Signed
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days. We cannot accept the return of prescription medicines.
