Directions for use:
When first using, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
For easy breathing and to moisture the nasal lining:
Keeping the head straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril straight, gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities:
Keeping the head tilted to one side, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Dispense a prolonged spray. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.

Warnings and precautions
Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.

We use a tracked 48 Hour service for our standard delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as our couriers are not always adhering to the delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.
Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
