The daytime capsules contain phenylephrine, caffeine and paracetamol to help to relieve your cold & flu symptoms including fatigue and drowsiness, whilst the night time capsules help relieve cold & flu symptoms so you can get a good night’s sleep.
How it works
Phenylephrine is a decongestant which aids the reduction of swelling in the nasal passages, helping you to breathe more easily, whilst paracetamol helps bring down fever and reduce aches and pains.
The caffeine in the daytime capsules helps combat drowsiness so you can get on with your day.
Dose: For oral use only.
Swallow whole with water, do not chew.
Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 red/yellow Day capsules every 4 – 6 hours during the daytime, as required, followed by 2 dark blue/light blue Night capsules at bedtime.
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
Each Day Capsule contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, Caffeine 25 mg & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 6.1 mg
Each Night Capsule contains: Paracetamol 500 mg & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 6.1 mg
Delivery Timescales
Please note that we do not operate at the weekends, please keep this in mind when ordering items on a Friday after 2pm, as your order will not get processed until the following Monday morning.

Our standard delivery charge is £2.90.
We use a tracked 48 Hour service for our standard delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as Royal Mail are not always adhering to the delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.
Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £3.90. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to the shipping address provided by you in your order if the shipping address is in the UK. For orders being delivered outside mainland UK, this will be longer and we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time due to the differences between carriers. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your order has been sent you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery provided.
Next Day Delivery
£5.99 – Next working day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) on orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the 2nd working day after the order is placed.
Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00).
NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Signed

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days. We cannot accept the return of prescription medicines.
