When a baby is born, their skin is at its most delicate. That’s why we perfected our products over 125 years so they’re now even more gentle for all. Great for kids and adults too!

We only choose high quality components that are gentle for baby and meet our Best for Baby™ Standards.

Directions for use

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  2. Take a cotton bud and hold it between your fingers.
  3. Gently clean the outside of your baby’s ear with the cotton bud, being careful not to insert it too far into the ear canal.
  4. Use a new cotton bud for the other ear.
  5. Dispose of the used cotton buds in a bin.
  6. Wash your hands again after use.

Note: Do not use cotton buds to clean the inside of your baby’s ear canal as this can cause damage or push wax further into the ear.

Warnings and precautions

  • Never insert a cotton bud into the inner ear or nose.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • For external use only. Improper use can cause injury.

Next Day Delivery 
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering Next Day Delivery as our couriers are not always adhering to the delivery timescales, we will introduce this again in the future.

Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
