Buttercup Bronchostop Cough Syrup is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of coughs, such as chesty coughs and dry, tickly, irritating coughs and catarrh based on traditional use only.
- If you are allergic to Marshmallow root, Thyme or other members of the Lamiaceae family (e.g. Basil, Rosemary, Sage), or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).

What is Bronchostop Junior and what is it used for?
The valuable main ingredients of marshmallows and honey in Bronchostop Junior act like a balm, covering and thereby soothing the inflamed pharyngeal mucosa. The mucilage forms a physical protective coating against foreign particles thus relieving dry, irritating cough and allowing the mucosa to recover. Bronchostop Junior is used to reliably and quickly relieve any cough associated with a cold, for both dry and chesty cough. In addition, Bronchostop Junior helps to protect the oral and pharyngeal mucosa in case of dryness. Also for vocal hygiene while speaking and singing the mucilage film will protect the mucous membranes and alleviate symptoms such as coughing, tickling in the throat, and throat clearing. Bronchostop Junior is a cough syrup that mainly contains natural ingredients and is alcohol-free. Bronchostop Junior is very well tolerated and is therefore suitable for children. Bronchostop Junior is not only suitable for use during the day but is also ideal for nighttime use. Through its soothing effect, it helps to have a peaceful and restorative sleep.
A measuring cup is included in the pack, that will ease the dosing.
Children aged 6-11 years: 15 ml up to 4 times daily,
Children aged 4-5 years: 7.5 ml up to 4 times daily,
Children aged 2-3 years: 5 ml up to 4 times daily,
Children aged 1 year and above: 5 ml up to 3 times daily.
Bronchostop Junior can be taken during the day and at night.
For best therapeutic results it is recommended to take Bronchostop Junior as frequently as recommended.

Bronchostop Junior contains methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate and propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate as preservatives. These may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
Please consult a doctor if: your symptoms persist or worsen after 5 days. Dyspnoea, fever or purulent sputum occurs during the use of Bronchostop Junior.
In case of an allergic reaction, please discontinue the use of the product and consult your doctor.
15 ml of Bronchostop Junior contains: 143 mg marshmallow dry extract, 750 mg honey.
Other ingredients: xylitol, xanthan, glycerol anhydrous, citric acid, strawberry aroma, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.
Bronchostop Junior is free of artificial colours, lactose-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free and free of genetically modified organisms
