  • The recommended dose for adults is one 20mg once a day.
  • If you don’t experience any relief from your symptoms after 14 days, contact your doctor immediately.
  • You may need to take 2 pyrocalm for 3-2 consecutive days if necessary, but do not take more than the recommended dose.
  • If you don’t feel any improvement, don’t take more than one 20mg per day.

  • Pyrocalm Control are designed to be taken orally, and it is important not to crush or chew.

Possible Side Effects

  • Rare but serious side effects that may affect 1 in 10,000 people or fewer: allergic reactions such as difficulty swallowing, fainting, rash, swelling of lips, tongue, throat, wheezing, sudden reddening of skin, peeling or blistering of skin with severe bleeding in genitals and nose, mouth, eyes, and lips, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hypersensitivity drug syndrome or DRESS syndrome, widespread rash with under skin bumps and blisters, accompanied by fever and enlarged lymph nodes, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, and liver problems.
  • Common side effects that may affect 1 in 10 people or more: headache, constipation, stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, flatulence, benign polyps in the stomach, and gut or stomach effects.
  • Uncommon side effects that may affect 1 in 100 people or more: insomnia, swelling of ankles and feet, tingling or pins and needles feeling, dizziness, vertigo, and sleepiness, changes in liver function tests, itchy skin, hives, fractures in spine, wrist, and hip, and general feeling of lacking energy and unwellness.
  • Rare side effects that may affect 1 in 10,000 people or fewer: reduced number of platelets or white cells, low sodium levels in the blood, infections, cramps, and vomiting, feeling depressed or confused, agitated, blurred vision, changes in taste, sudden wheezy feeling, dry mouth, inflammation in the mouth or inside the gut, thrush infection caused by fungus, hair loss, rash due to exposure to sunshine, muscle pains, severe kidney problems, and increased sweating.
  • Very rare side effects that may affect 1 in 100,000 people or fewer: aggression, inflammation of the brain, severe liver problems leading to inflammation and failure, hallucinations, erythema multiforme, muscle weakness, and enlarged breasts in men.
  • If you have an infection, a deficiency in immune leading blood cells, severely reduced general symptoms with fever, local infection symptoms with fever or pain, difficulties in urinating or in the mouth or throat, or lack of white blood cells, consult your doctor immediately. Agranulocytosis can be ruled out by a blood test.
