Iglu Protect can smooth over protruding parts of a dental brace to prevent them from rubbing. It can also be applied to sores or ulcers for soothing relief and to help protect them as they heal.
Iglu Protect works by creating a lasting protective gel barrier, which sticks in place to smooth over protruding parts of the brace to help prevent them from damaging the soft delicate lining of the mouth etc. It can also be used on sores and ulcers for soothing relief and to protect them as they heal.
Ingredients
Carbomer, Hydroxypropylcellulose, White Soft Paraffin, Liquid Paraffin and Peppermint Oil.
Side effects
As for all products, side effects can occur although not everybody gets them. Some people may dislike the feel or texture of the product inside the mouth. If you experience any undesirable effects, stop using the product and if you have any concerns, tell your orthodontist or dentist.
Warnings and precautions
Keep out of the sight and reach of children, particularly young children because the cap may pose a choking hazard.
Avoid contact with eyes. If the gel accidentally gets into the eyes Rinse immediately with plenty of water and continue rinsing for 10 to 15 minutes, holding the eyelids well apart. If rinsing one eye, take care to avoid washing product into the other eye. If irritation persists, contact a doctor.

Prescriptions
Private prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery, free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00). NHS prescription medicines are sent by courier, tracked 24hr delivery.
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.
