Fybogel Mebeverine contains the active substance Ispaghula Husk. It is an easy and convenient way to increase the bre in your diet helping your digestive system work more efficiently and gently relieving constipation the natural way. As it works naturally with your body, it takes care of constipation without undue straining, discomfort or unnatural urgency, helping to restore and maintain
regularity. Fybogel Lemon can be used whenever increased bre is needed in your diet to relieve constipation; including constipation during pregnancy. It can also be used to help maintain normal bowel function if you suffer from hemorrhoids (piles).

Fybogel Sachets (Mebeverine) contains the active ingredients:

Ispagula husk BP 3.5g and Mebeverine BP 135mg.

Side Effects to consider when using Fybogel Mebeverine:

You may experience flatulence or bloating for the first few days after starting this medicine, but these effects should lessen as you continue treatment. If you have any other unwanted side effects not mentioned above after taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

Caution before using Fybogel Sachets (Mebeverine):

  • It is not recommended to use for children under the age of 12.

Do not use it until you have seen a doctor if you:

  • are aged 40 years or over.
  • have passed blood from the bowel.
  • are feeling sick or vomiting.
  • have lost your appetite or have lost weight.
  • are looking pale and feeling tired.
  • are suffering from severe constipation.
  • have a fever.
  • have recently traveled abroad.
  • are, or may be, pregnant.
  • have abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge.
  • have difficulty or pain passing urine.
  • have been prescribed diuretic medicine.
  • are on a controlled potassium supplemented diet, as each sachet contains 2.50 mmol of potassium and 2.56 mmol of sodium.
  • Consult your doctor if you have developed new symptoms, or if your symptoms worsen, or if they do not improve after two weeks of treatment.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £3.90. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to the shipping address provided by you in your order if the shipping address is in the UK.  For orders being delivered outside mainland UK, this will be longer and we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time due to the differences between carriers. Delivery timescales are estimates only. Next Day Delivery

£5.99 – Next working day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) on orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the 2nd working day after the order is placed.

Prescriptions

Private prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge (all private prescription items have a minimum order value of £5.00).
NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Signed
Normal delivery charges will apply for non-prescription items in the same basket.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days. We cannot accept the return of prescription medicines.
